William Goldstein [photo]Since graduating from Stanford Law School, William Goldstein has worked extensively in the areas of business and intellectual property law as well as in wills, trusts, and estate planning. His experience includes extensive work in licensing, distribution, and marketing agreements, as well as in business formations, purchase and sale of businesses, entertainment and publishing law, leasing, franchising, and diverse other business transactions. He has been active in intellectual property, internet law, film and music industry agreements, and video game development and licensing. Mr. Goldstein has, in addition, a broad background in business litigation, including complex commercial litigation. He has provided legal services to a wide array of start-ups, emerging, and mid-sized companies, as well as to individuals, couples, and families. He has served as counsel to non-profits and on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Will is also currently the coordinator of the Center for Internet Law-Portland.
